Side "A" faces the dead end road on southern Siesta Key. It does not have water views from the unit.
As an added bonus, Ophelia’s on the Bay is one building next door. A great, local’s favorite…FINE dining at its best and a romantic experience. A must do!
A keyless coded entry system was installed for your ease and convenience. No keys, no fuss! Come inside into the living room with a queen sofa sleeper and a new Insignia Smart TV for streaming, WiFi included. You have remote controlled A/C wall units for both the living room and bedroom that works great! Note: No central heat, however, there is a moveable electric heater for those less frequent colder days and nights. Unit A has double connecting doors to unit C, should you want or need a second condo. Just ask us!
The kitchenette includes most everything you will need, but no dishwasher. One cooks, one cleans! Coffeemaker, blender, dishes, glasses and more!
The bathroom has been updated…modern and beautiful with both a tub and shower, stone vanity with pullout drawers. Blow dryer provided. The bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and a small closet plus access to the communal washer & dryer. There's a deadbolt lock on the door that accesses the w/d.
Around to the back of the building there's a communal patio area with a boat dock, BBQ grill and a large hot tub. Relax in the hot tub while watching the boats float by. On cooler days the Manatees will give you a visit. Exquisite and gentle creatures. Enjoy fishing? Rent a fishing pole and fetch dinner! Got boat? Call us for details.
Free activities if booked less than 28 nights. Choose one of the following options per day. One per day not one per person. These do not roll over and they are booked through our activity provider per their agreement.

There is limited space for docking a boat and you do so at your own risk. There is a size limit for boats. Please ask us about your boat prior to booking. Please note that this property has only 1 parking space per unit. So we can only accommodate 1 vehicle or 1 boat trailer, not both. There is one space that can accommodate a vehicles and a small trailer and this spot is first come/first served.
